In our current Seller's market there is a lot more competition and buyers have fewer choices and less room to negotiate, forcing you to be very competitive when setting your offer price.

This is sometimes an unfortunate learning experience many buyers realize only after losing a property they loved. I try to keep you informed of the current market without pressuring you. Help You Get Pre-Approved
This should be your first step in the home buying process and can be done over the telephone for free. You'll find out exactly how much you can afford. You can call your own bank, savings and loan or mortgage broker or I can provide you with some mortgage brokers that I have used and trust.
Determine Your Wants and Needs
This is a very important step. By asking you a series of questions I will establish what you are looking for. My goal is to not waste your time by looking at properties that are not in your price range or homes that don't meet your needs. Throughout the buying process I will maintain your confidentiality and represent your best interests. I will give you full Buyer Representation.
Home Shopping
I will use every available method to locate a property that matches your search parameters. This will include properties listed with my office and offered through other real estate companies. I will disclose all known facts about the property that are likely to affect your decision. When we find the home that meets your criteria, I will assist you in writing an offer and act as your representative. I will continue working with you, the seller's agent and the financial institution to get your purchase closed. |
